This condo is owned by Sandy Wallin, a world renowned glass sculptor.  www.sandywallin.com This is her family's private home in Cayman. Sandy's fused glass sculptures and paintings are prevalent in the 2 bedroom / 2 bath apartment. It is newly renovated and freshly decorated, a true artist's retreat! Much of her works are inspired by Cayman while sitting on the porch looking directly out to the sea.

It is on the second floor of an island style home, which means it is quiet - no footsteps above!
Fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, stove, blender, as well as a washer & dryer in the unit.  
Stereo with CD Player and I-Pod Player. 
Queen-sized bed with Cable TV in the master bedroom.
2 Queens-sized beds with Cablt TV in the 2nd bedroom.

You will experience the Cayman Islands as you should, as a local! Picture having your coffee in the morning on the porch, soaking in the breathtaking view with the children playing on the beach and in the pool.

Take a walk down Seven Mile Beach and then see the most beautiful sunsets from the pool or from Sandy's favorite spot, her porch!

Cocoplum #8 is the unit next door on the second floor owned by Sandy's brother-in-law and his family. Originally these two units were owned by Paul Wallin whose dream was to have a place where his children and grandchildren, who lived in various locations, could gather. He created a central, Wallin home. In order to ensure his family could visit and vacation truly together, he connected the units by bridging the two porches together. The bridge is an extra convenience that allows people vacationing together to walk over to the other unit without having to walk up and down the stairs to the front doors. Although Cocoplum #8 and #10 can be used for large families or groups, they are two full and individual units that become private when the gate is closed.

Check in, and you will never want to check out! You will not be disappointed!
